I anticipate that al-Jaafari here may end up being Iraq's new Prime Minister, given that the UIA's adjusted assembly seating is now above 50%. The article should likely be expanded to the point Iyad Allawi's has in preparation. Since right now, this article is the number 1 Google hit for his name, and all.--203.214.144.3 15 Feb 2005 17:26

Neutrality

[edit]

From the lead: "Some members of his own group, the United Iraqi Alliance, conspired with some of the Kurdish personalities and some of the sectarian Sunni politicians and in turn these groups involved the US President George W. Bush and the British Prime Minister Tony Blair to convince al-Jafari to withdraw his nomination. Al-Jafari refused any foreign interference in the Iraqi politics and instead gave the United Iraqi Alliance the choice to decide whom they wanted, be it him or another political figure as Prime Minister." I'm no expert on the subject, but to me this sounds definitely biased towards al-Jafari. I'm not sure whether the rest of the article is also biased. 130.64.98.51 (talk) 07:19, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
