In the computer programming example I am using a 16 bit integer. I don't think this needs explaining in the text as it is outside the scope of this article, but if it causes confusion an explanation could be added. Range (architecture)

[edit]

When trying to disambiguate the link to Range from Scotney Castle, I found it was using a definition that was neither in this disambiguation page nor in the appropriate wiktionary page. Due to visiting many old houses, I was already aware that Range could refer to a section of a building, but I don't know what it means in that case and it doesn't appear that the internet does either. I'm a new editor, so I don't know what should be done in this instance. Escapepea (talk) 15:53, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Spaceflight/launching, etc?

[edit]

I am listening to a webcast of the impending launch of a ULA rocket. The launch is in an indefinite hold due to "range" being red. I'm unclear was to what "range" means in this sense, and whether it can/should be added to this disambig page. YellowAries2010 (talk) 07:56, 2 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
