Liho is a Slavic name for a Trouble. In modern Russian the name pronounced as Beda. There is, though, a word Lihoy, which refers to someone who would do some crazy stunts or something dangerous ("truly jaw dropping") and come out afterwards as it was nothing. --Grigoryev 07:28, 12 May 2005 (UTC)
Licho - in Polish. ("Licho nie śpi" - Licho doesn't sleep - used when something goes bad. Also, "lichy" means poor, weak)
Unclear example
[edit]A person cheats Likho, runs away (with Likho chasing him), sees a useful thing, grabs it, sticks to it and has to cut off his hand.
What does that mean? What sort of thing is a "useful thing"? Why does he have to cut off his hand? This isn't very clear. 24.183.105.170 07:40, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Likho is still chasing him, probably. I guess he person sees something valuable as gold, which is cursed, and he has to cut off his hand to continue his running. 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 11:20, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
