Pictures

[edit]

This could really use images... any tourists or natives have pictures? gren 11:48, 13 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, i have the best pictures ever... I'll contribute them later. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Seanmcdonald (talkcontribs) 16:55, 20 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that more photos are what this article needs. It also needs a map of Italy or southern Italy (as the case may be) with the actual 13 towns of the Amalfi Coast highlighted so the reader can visualize where it is located.--Hokeman (talk) 04:06, 8 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Crisis

[edit]

I'm a little confused over the lead paragraph. It reads "The Amalfi coast was later controlled by the Principality of Salerno, until Amalfi was sacked by the Republic of Pisa in 1137. Since then the Amalfi coast has experienced a crisis." The way this reads is that since the 12 century, the Amalfi Coast has had a crisis. Has Amalfi really had a crisis for the last 800 years? What is this crisis? 69.116.158.191 (talk) 02:08, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Overlapping Elements need a fix

[edit]

On both Safari and Firefox on my MacOS computer, the Map of Amalfi Coast and View toward Positano from Salerno boxes overlap the Municipalities table, particularly in Safari. I like these elements, but they need to be repositioned so they don't get in the way of others on the page. Thank you for considering my request. Bart (talk) 20:57, 28 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
