Move citations into refs?

There are multiple places where the article says, "According to Book X, blah...". Would someone like to move those into refs with proper citations (including authors, publisher, isbn numbers, etc)? -- Gnuish (talk) 14:19, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Missing Editor? E. Francis Brown

A New York Times piece lists one of its long-time employees, E. Francis Brown, as having served as a senior editor of Time Magazine four 4 years, beginning in 1945.

I see no mention of him on this page, and I do not have any further corroboration other than the NYT write-up, linked below.
