Sorry for the confusion with all this moving and so on. I must've been really tired when I forgot that we do not have (and never had) a title of Marszałek polny. In Poland there is only a rank of... Marshal of Poland. [[User:Halibutt|Halibutt]] 16:29, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)

Page Move

[edit]

I have moved the entire page over to Marshal of Poland as the title was inaccurate. The article was called a list but contained source and history info on the actual rank. This information belongs on the rank article, not the list article. -Husnock 03:03, 30 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Since people dont want to do this the easy way, we'll do it the hard way. Page move reuqest has been input. -Husnock 10:06, 30 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Fine with me, sorry for the fuzz. Halibutt 11:14, July 30, 2005 (UTC)
I was actually not aware of the very strict rule about copying and pasting being forbidden. This will work just as well. -Husnock 17:11, 30 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The page has now been moved. Eugene van der Pijll 17:34, 14 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Orzel Marszalka.jpg

[edit]

Image:Orzel Marszalka.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Six marshals

[edit]

In popular opinion only the ones who were granted the rank before the WW2 are "true" marshals of Poland, the others being just Soviet puppets. -79.185.194.80 (talk) 18:38, 28 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
