I fail to see the point of all these articles on frequency units.
There's really only one unit of frequency (the Hertz).
.
We have articles for each SI prefix Category:SI_prefixes: yotta zetta exa peta tera giga mega kilo milli micro etc..
We have articles on many SI units: Hertz Ampere Newton Coulomb Joule Watt Farad Henry (inductance) Volt Tesla Ohm etc..
Do we really need an article on each and every combination of each metric prefix with each SI unit?
If you really want milliVolts to link to something, why can't we say milliVolts ?

- I have been creating Categories to collect together existing articles on related subjects. I do not intend to create any further articles within the categories - others may - but feel that where multiple related articles exist then it should be easy to move between them. Some use the Kilogram << Tonne or Megagram << Gigagram construct to show the relationship. Surely each frequency article refers to a different part of, eg, the spectrum - and can be tailored with the particular use of this part, e.g. microwaves, radio waves etc. i.e. the various articles probably had an original reason for their separate existence. The use of these categories shows up better on categories where we have both SI and Imperial / US customary units. Personally I find the agglutinated links confusing. If the word looks linked (underlined), I expect to find a related article subsequently. If I accidentally clicked on the milli half of the link, I might not find anything to do with electrical potential. ian cairns 06:23, 28 Jun 2004 (UTC) PS: I took off the link above to Category:SI prefixes, since Category_Talk:Units of frequency turned up in Category:SI prefixes...
