I'd suggest that nine short stories about the Glass family does not comprise a "family saga", and that there are probably better examples of family sagas to include. (If included, we should list the titles of the stories, as there is no one book called the "Glass Family Saga") -- Someone else 16:28 Apr 25, 2003 (UTC)

Can I suggest also the first book of a new [http://www.amazon.com/-/e/B0078B49JM "Lynda Collins Trilogy - The Girl who wasn't Good Enough"] by Liz Wainwright, an established playwright as her first novel.Glynwiki (talk) 15:51, 14 February 2012 (UTC) at the moment[reply]

This has been unsourced forever. I can't find any good source defining and discussing 'family saga' as a general genre, though it is sometimes used as an alternative term for the Sagas of Icelanders. Can we find some sources with in-depth discussion establishing "Family saga" as a notable literary genre? Or should we redirect this to Sagas of Icelanders?
