History: Library shutdown

I've cited a source for the library shutdown, however, does this even belong here? If anywhere, I'm thinking it should be part of a section regarding O&C timber payments in general. Maybe I'll take that up some day when I have time. -Kgasso (talk) 11:26, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
