Over 2 weeks on Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English. I've unsuccessfully tried contacting the one registered user who seemed to have done an edit with some clue about reading the language. Delete if untranslated; if translated, judge it on its merits. -- Jmabel 07:19, Sep 13, 2004 (UTC)

This is not in English! I don't even know what language it is in. Braaropolis | Talk 20:58, 11 Sep 2004 (UTC)

  • Malay, perhaps? I dunno. - RedWordSmith 21:58, 11 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Comment. Not being in English is not grounds for VFD. The proper action to take for such articles is to simply put {{notenglish}} at the top of the article. If it is not translated after two weeks of doing that, it will be deleted. This one seems to be in either Malay or Indonesian. Livajo 22:32, 11 Sep 2004 (UTC)
    • Someone have already done this. I removed the VfD notice. Mikkalai 22:56, 11 Sep 2004 (UTC)

  • I seem to recall this page or something close to it has passed through vfd before, although the page history doesn't seem to show that. If I remember correctly, cinta means love in Malay or Indonesian. Hmm... yes, Googling cinta love Malay Indonesian brings up stuff like I Love You in Various Languages [1]. "Saya cinta padamu!" -- Wile E. Heresiarch 01:50, 12 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Comment: There is a company whose name is emblazoned on cafe umbrellas all about the place. I believe it's an Italian beverage company. If this is problematic, we can investigate and create new content and redirect. Geogre 02:27, 12 Sep 2004 (UTC)
