Parklife Sing-along PC CD-Rom

[edit]

Found this on ebay:

BLUR INTERACTIVE SONG BOOK CD ROM

This auction features an Interactive songbook CD ROM of Blur's CD Parklife. It comes with it's original box and the CD ROM - there is no associated paper work with this CD ROM.

This is a great CD ROM that will help you learn to play the guitar, keyboard and vocal components of each song on the Parklife CD. Features include:

* ability to turn off the vocals and sing along to the songs * Every track from the album with soundalike solo keyboard and guitar versions * A multimedia reference section containing information about the band's history and a full entertainment section for browsing at leisure * Simple illustration of all chord shapes enable even complete novices to learn accurately and precisely

Minimum system requirements for this CD ROM are:

Windows 95, Mulitmedia PC 486 DX2-66 (Pentium recommended), dual speed CD ROM (quad speed recommended), 8MB RAM (16 MB recommended)

I don't know how official it is though. It was released by Europress as part of the Interactive Songbook series --Jimmyjrg 05:06, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Release Date Issue: The release date shown in the little side-bar box shows a July date, while the body of the text rightly indicates an earlier UK release date. The US release date according to Billboard; 5/28/94, Vol. 106 Issue 22, p1, 2p, 1 Black and White Photograph is shown in the abstract as follows: "Abstract: Examines SBK/ERG's plans for the American release of Blur's third album `Parklife' on June 14, 1994. Entry at top of British charts; Servicing of first single `Girls & Boys' to college and modern rock radio; Optimism over Blur's crossover potential in America; Lineup of band; Sales figures of past Blur albums; Tour commitments." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.121.105.203 (talk) 07:34, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
